Change & Return
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address you may be required to further verify your identity and authorize payment. If this is required, a customer care team member will contact you after your order has been placed.
Currently all orders are processed within 5-10 working days. For stock units shipping is made within 2-3 working days after the order is placed. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days. Once the order is ready you will receive email notification that it has been shipped. Once shipped, please allow 2-5 business days to receive your order (U.S. orders), or 3-7 days (international orders). Once an order is made we allow up to 12 hours for modifications and cancelling. Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours will not be granted.
All our products are shipped using FedEx or DHL express. Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping/delivery delays. We encourage our customers to allow ample time for delivery as well as unplanned delays. If your order has already shipped and you contact us with an address change, you are responsible for the additional shipping charges. Abandoned and refused packages will not be refunded.
When the billing address is different from the shipping address, we will send emails to the billing address to confirm the order with him/her, we will not ship out the package until get his/her confirmation.
All international orders must go through customs. Customs policies and procedures vary per country. It is your responsibility to pay any customs fees or duties required to receive your package. We will not mark packages as ‘gifts’ on customs forms.
Order Change & Cancellation Policy
All order information can be freely changed & cancel within 12 hours once placing the order. Beyond 12 hours, we will charge $10.
A 10% handling fee will be deducted off the total for the cancellation of custom wigs.
Return & Exchange Policy
OzoWigs provides high-quality full lace human wigs, but we totally understand sometimes a customer will change mind while ordering because some reason for example not be suitable for her, or a mistake is made while ordering, so we provide a comprehensive and fair exchange and return policy.
Below are the details:
Please send email to email@example.com to indicate the reason you want to exchange or return your wig and attach any applicable picture within 48 hours after you received it.
We will process your return /exchange request within 1-2 business days.(except for holidays and vacation)
After the return/exchange request has been authorized, our customer service will provide you the address to return & exchange.
Please mail your wig back to the address we provided you including the order number. You’re also responsible for the return shipping charge, which is about $8-$12 for U.S. customers.

we will need another 3-5 business days to mail out the new one. You're also responsible for the return shipping charge,
which is about $32 for U.S. customers, if you are from other country,
we will let you know the shipping charge first via our email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please make the payment of shipping charge to our PayPal account first: email@example.com, after receiving the charge, we will send the new wig to you.
*We DO NOT accept the return packages without our Return Authorization.
*We DO NOT accept the return packages by freight collect.
* Please make sure the LACE and the TRADEMARK has NOT been cut first, and offer the pictures to let us confirm. No exchange for the wig\the trademark or lace cut units!
*For customers outside of the US, we suggest you ship your package by postal express, which will be a little cheaper than other express.
*Once beyond 7 working days, we won't offer free exchange/return service
*Please keep in a good touch during this period
*All wigs except for cap construction can be freely exchanged
If you wish to receive a refund, specific explanation and a clear corresponding photographs are needed to tell us the reason for the return within 48 hours. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from our receipt of customer service. Please allow up 48 hours the returned goods for a refund to be processed. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Usually, $32 shipping fee for your order from U.S we shipped to you at the beginning will be deducted from your payment, if you are from other country, we will let you know the shipping fee first via firstname.lastname@example.org.

Contact our customer service first to let us make sure whether it can be repaired.
Please ship your wig to the address we provided you after the repair quest has been authorized, at the same time we need your receipt or the tracking number of the package including the message of your repair requirements in the package.

Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products Ozo Inc. is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. 4. Submit Your Real Photos/Videos: One location on the site allows you to submit your real photos or videos for purposes including but not limited to: show your videos or photos to other people, or keep it as a souvenir.
